Request deletion
The corporate website has no accounts. These instructions help you request deletion for a separate Orange SMM Plus application or service.
- Open the relevant application. If it provides an account, find its documented deletion control in Settings or Account. Follow the product-specific instructions and confirm deletion.
- For an external request or if you cannot access the product, identify the application or service, your account email or ID, and whether you want account deletion, associated personal-data deletion, or both.
- Use the verified privacy contact on the product or Contact page. Do not send passwords, login codes or card details. A request may need proportionate account-ownership verification.
What happens next
The company should confirm receipt, verify the relevant account where necessary, identify data to delete and provide completion or a reasoned response through the verified contact channel. Where GDPR applies, the usual response period is one month, subject to permitted extensions. The actual product notice must explain its deletion and backup schedule.
What is deleted or retained
A verified account-deletion request concerns the account profile and associated personal records under the company’s control. Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary for legally justified claims or security purposes. Any exception must be explained, with categories and retention criteria. Deleting an app from your device alone does not delete a server account.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion Instructions
This website does not use Facebook Login. If a separate Orange SMM Plus service uses it, follow that product’s instructions:
- In Facebook settings, open Apps and Websites, find the relevant application and remove its access. Labels may vary.
- Separately request deletion of data already held by the application using its deletion page or verified privacy contact. Removing access alone may not remove previously stored data.
- Identify the application and your account, and state that the request concerns Facebook-associated information. Keep the confirmation provided by the service.
